Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of prepared food, Maya’s Pizza does not offer refunds once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete due to an error by Maya’s Pizza, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement item or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Customer Order Errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submission. Maya’s Pizza is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect items, customization choices, delivery address, or contact information.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun. Cancellation requests made prior to preparation may be accommodated at our sole discretion.

Delivery Issues

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Maya’s Pizza is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, third-party delivery services, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.

Third-Party Ordering Platforms

Orders placed through third-party websites, apps, or delivery services are subject to the refund, cancellation, and dispute policies of those platforms. Maya’s Pizza does not control and is not responsible for refunds or adjustments handled by third parties.

This Refund Policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
